Getting Started

Heads up!

You'll need to be able to access Axon to download and install certain Whitehill products. This is indicated on the product card on the ePortal.

Get started by buying or taking a Whitehill product from our ePortal.

Once done, you can move onto downloading your desired product from Axon unless the model is provided via the ePortal (KONE Turnstiles).

If your product still doesn't work, and it is a new baseplate, please try restarting Roblox Studio. Sometimes, Roblox likes to say it can't work, but, in actual fact, it does work if you just restart Roblox Studio.
